Welcome to my practice & in getting help with your current needs to feel happier. I use a positive, nonjudgmental approach to help clients gain insight into long standing patterns to feel less stressed, find relief, & achieve longer term goals. Meeting regularly can help you feel better. I can offer the support to move towards those goals. Based on years of experience working with adults, families & children of all ages, I offer a specialty in parent guidance. As a Social Worker I strive to offer an inclusive space, continue to work on becoming an ally and act on recognizing oppression and supporting marginalized voices in practice.
Extensively trained in working with adults and children and of every age, I offer a skilled and time-served approach to adults as well as those who are parenting and experiencing family issues. I help people with depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, behavioral and relationship issues, including family, work, illness and health changes.
