Welcome to private practice and following your desire to feel happier. Using a positive, biased aware lens, I help you gain insight into long standing patterns to find relief from symptoms & achieve longer term goals. I offer a specialty in parent guidance with over 27 years of working with folx of all ages, including noteworthy years as a school and child therapist. Interventions are naturally based on a psychodynamic and multi-modal approach for better outcomes. Rooted in the foundation of social work ethics, expect an inclusive space as I work on being an ally, recognizing oppression & supporting marginalized voices in practice.

I've worked in schools and a child centered outpatient clinic for over 20 of my 27 post masters years. Common issues: depression, anxiety, life transitions, behavioral and relationship issues, navigating neurodiversity, family, work, illness and health changes as well as professionals who are experiencing complex challenges & retirement.
