I believe that my role in the therapeutic relationship is to listen to your story, provide empathy, spend time working through feelings/experiences, highlight your individual and relational strengths, then use those strengths to help you reach your goals.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and the style I choose is based on each client’s needs and preferences. I believe that emotional vulnerability is one of the bravest things a person can practice, and when we are able to be vulnerable with ourselves/partner/family, we can see lasting change happen.
