Not Accepting New Clients. You can make the changes you want. Over the last 16 years in the mental health field, I've worked with people from all backgrounds, and I'm inspired by people's ability to heal and grow. My approach includes traditional and holistic therapies and current neuroscience. In our first meetings, we'll focus on getting to know one another and develop a trusting relationship. As we work together, we'll explore what's holding you back, uncover new solutions, and move toward meaningful changes for your life.
While adults from all backgrounds are welcome, I have specialized experience and passion working with people who identify as LGBTQI+. Other specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, Brainspotting, and the Comprehensive Resource Model.
It can be difficult to start therapy - I'm open, direct, and warm, so please ask any questions you have. I'm casual in my approach and believe in the healing power of humor, alongside proven effective science. Let's work together toward something new.
