Over the last 20 years in the mental health field and 11 years as a psychotherapist, I've worked with people from many different backgrounds - I'm always inspired by people's ability to heal, grow, and find happiness. My approach includes traditional therapies, holistic therapies, and neuroscience. In our first meetings, we'll focus on getting to know one another and explore what's holding you back. As we work together, we'll uncover new solutions and move toward meaningful changes for your life.
While adults from all backgrounds are welcome, I have specialized experience and passion working with people who identify as LGBTQIA+. Other specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and the therapies of Brainspotting and the Comprehensive Resource Model.
It can absolutely be difficult to start therapy. I'm open, direct, and warm, and I welcome any questions or concerns you have.
