I've worked in mental health for 20 years and 14 years as a therapist, serving people from diverse backgrounds. I'm absolutely inspired to help others heal, grow, and find happiness. My approach includes traditional talk therapies, holistic therapies, and neuroscience. In our first meetings, we'll focus on getting to know one another and explore what's holding you back. As we work together, we'll uncover new solutions and move you forward to the meaningful changes you want for your life.
All adults are welcome. I have specialized experience and wholehearted passion working with people who are LGBTQIA+. Other specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and the therapy of Brainspotting. I also have personal and professional experience with healing relationships with body, food, and self.
