Welcome! If you are struggling with the challenges of anxiety or depression seeking help can feel daunting. Please know that you do not have to go through this alone. As a mental health therapist, I understand the impact these struggles have on your daily life and well being. I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are experiencing problems with stress, anxiety, depression or general dissatisfaction in some aspect of life.
My approach is rooted in providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental, safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. We will work together to consider your life experiences and identify the underlying issues contributing to your life dissatisfaction. Together, we will develop coping strategies for you to regain resilience and heal.
Currently, I have a waiting list for in-person appointments, but have telehealth available between 9:30am - 1:45pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
