I've been in private practice for over 20 years and enjoy diversity in my office. My approach is really dependent on my clients unique needs. I would describe myself as caring and direct and have been told by my clients that my challenges to them are as beneficial as my empathy; I'm always striving for the fine balance. My hope is to sit with people in a focused, loving and generative way, helping my clients move towards a deeper sense of vitality, self-awareness and authenticity.

I work with individuals (adults), couples and adolescents. Areas of interest include: relational dilemmas, depression, stress and anxiety; spirituality, childhood abuse, trauma, neglect and/or maladaptive behaviors/coping skills. I'm also keen to work with existential issues around life, death, spiritual journeys and suicidal ideation.

From there, I'll assess I my client will best respond to CBT or DBT techniques or would find a more meaningful experience with existential therapy, emotionally focused therapy or somatic techniques. Often, EMDR with people presenting trauma or OCD concerns. I work to be attuned to what will work best for my client.
