As a former psychiatric nurse, I believe in holistic care (body, mind, and spirit) for the person. My areas of practice include trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), sexual assault , grief, depression, anxiety, Bi Polar Disorder, and other adjustment issues. I also offer Christian counseling services for clients who want to incorporate spiritual principals.
As a former Army Medic, the wife of a retired Infantry Soldier, and the daughter of a Viet Nam Veteran, I am passionate about providing care for military veterans, first responders and their families.
