Welcome! I’m Angela Green, a licensed professional counselor. I work with clients aged 18 and older, who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress, trauma, problems building and maintaining relationships, moods interfering with job/school performance, and trouble managing emotions, irrational thoughts, and negative behaviors. I primarily use CBT, ACT, and Meditation and Mindfulness-based stress reduction.
You may be experiencing anxiousness, social discomfort, stress, overwhelming feelings, low confidence/ self-esteem, parenting or family discord, an intellectual/learning disability, or you may be struggling in college or just graduated trying to handle life’s challenges/ transitions.
