Thank you for having the courage to reach out for help. As a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience as a social worker, counselor, Doula and teacher, I have created an extraordinary toolbox of methods to support the unique needs of Black Women and those of color, to heal in various areas of their lives. My expertise lies in facilitating evidence-based, therapeutic methods to address the following: Trauma-PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (Post-partum Depression).
As a practicing Doula, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for pregnant Black women, especially those experiencing stressful pregnancies and/or adjusting to the role of motherhood. My principal goal as a holistic psychotherapist is to help Black women and women of color to empower them to reach their fullest potential, and find their life's purpose.
