I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with 22 years of experience supporting adults through life transitions, grief, anxiety, identity concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in working with college-age clients and adults navigating academic pressure, loss, and major life changes. My work is grounded in clinical expertise, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northeastern University.
