I help people who feel stuck in old patterns, professionals burned out from giving too much, and anyone carrying the weight of past trauma who wants to finally feel at peace in their own skin. My goal is to help you feel calmer in your body, more confident in your decisions, and more connected to the people you love. Therapy isn’t just about healing the past, it’s about creating a future where you feel free, steady, and genuinely yourself.

Over the past 20 years, I've supported people who have experienced trauma, interpersonal disruptions, multigenerational trauma, and systemic oppression. I have experience working with adoptive families and all of the unique dynamics that accompany building a family through adoption.

I consider the most important part of my role to be the sacred work of walking alongside individuals and families as they move toward healing.
