I teach people how to talk about the emotions that are negatively impacting their lives. I assist in helping my clients to process the moments in life that hold them back and affect their families and loved ones. I mostly use talk therapy in order to help my client to place some order to their thoughts and allow them to move on from critical moments in life.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, couples counseling, family counseling, and some personality disorders. I use talk therapy, meditation and mindfulness to help my clients obtain relief from intense emotions.

There is no judgement in my sessions. Having difficult feelings is frequently part of life. Having a traumatic event in your life sometimes causes you to feel that you are alone. I am here to help you understand that you are part of a community.
