I am Angela Farmer, a licensed psychologist with five years of clinical experience. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults going into adulthood or early into adulthood. My therapeutic goals focus on people who are facing Anger Management, Coping Skills, Codependency, Depression, and Anxiety. The modalities I enjoy using are Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy. My life has not been the easiest, and I feel that helps me to help my clients where they are at that moment.
My communication style is to be realistic and sometimes confrontational. I have a good sense of humor and like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the difficult things right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.
