As an EMDR trained therapist, I provide EMDR therapy to all ages to address stuck memories and help to reorganize past thoughts, feelings and memories that are related to a traumatic event that can oftentimes keep us hooked or stuck from moving forward in work & relationships, preventing us living our best lives.
