Having worked in multiple community positions in both private & government sector, along with volunteering with local and national organizations, I have observed human behavior for a better part of my life. I utilize Mindfulness (CBT) and multiple therapeutic modalities.
I earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University in 2021. My undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science was earned at The University of Iowa, specializing in Recreational Therapy (NCTRC) in 1998. I am currently providing individual, couples and family therapy.
