I offer help for a wide variety of situations in your life or the life of a loved one. My practice is limited to teletherapy ONLY. I take insurance that allows for teletherapy or you can pay out-of-pocket ($110 all appts.). I see adults 18+ years old. I provide help for adjustment issues, life coaching, parenting, & many additional concerns. I am a licensed mental health counselor (DOH MH11535), National Certified Counselor (NBCC 242003), & a Board Certified Life Coach (CCE 1980). Please email or text me for an appointment. Our goal in counseling will be to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. Our counseling sessions will take you through a process of discussion & self exploration, problem solving, & homework to create positive, sustainable, & desired change.
I have chosen a teletherapy office because it allows clients more flexibility in scheduling, is just as effective as in-person therapy, provides a secure platform & privacy, has a higher retention rate due to ease of access, flexibility, & lower costs. Insurance billing requires a mental health diagnosis, cash/debit pay does not require a diagnosis.
