With experience working with eating disorders, substance abuse recovery, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, identity formation, spiritual crises and more, I can help you get to the root of your symptoms and work toward a healthier you.
Together we can work on: Managing difficult relationships, reducing stress & anxiety, cultivating emotional resilience, identifying & utilizing strengths, realistic self-care, identity formation, coping with loss & more life challenges. I consider the spirituality of clients who value that.
I practice EMDR to treat trauma response and limiting beliefs.
My approach to counseling starts with our relationship. I seek to understand you from a holistic perspective. Given this understanding, we will set your primary goals for therapy and begin interventions to reach those goals. And if you don't have "goals", but just need someone who understands?
