Welcome! I am a LCSW, licensed in both Illinois & California. I understand that individuals are continually adapting and doing their best to manage amongst systemic, environmental, and interpersonal stressors. I believe that achieving wellness requires a holistic approach, considering the mind, body, and spirit. My therapeutic style integrates these elements as we explore tools to support a healthy lifestyle for lasting change.
It is important to me that I offer a space in which everyone feels seen, heard, and valued for exactly who they are. I am trained in various mind—body approaches and I have extensive experience over the past 15 years supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
I believe in practicing what I preach & prioritizing my own wellness to ensure I show up fully present to every session. I love spending time in nature & staying active.
