The decision to seek therapy is a courageous one, and I have the utmost respect for individuals who take this step. Whether you are in need of short-term support and solutions to move through a difficult time in your life, or whether you seek the opportunity to do more intensive work on habitual patterns, therapy can be crafted to your individual needs. I enjoy working with individuals who are new to therapy as well as those with previous therapeutic experience. In addition to private practice, I am a co-founder of SpringSource Psychological Center, where I supervise excellent clinicians with immediate availability for new clients.
I have an integrative approach to therapy. This means that I believe in the importance of understanding your background influences and experiences and how they impact your current circumstances; at the same time, I can offer a variety of evidence-based skills (DBT, ACT, mindfulness) to help you apply what you learn in therapy to your daily life.
I am an experienced and empathic psychologist. I am conscious of creating an environment that is welcoming, safe and trauma-informed. I see therapy as a non-judgmental space where together we seek to be curious rather than critical.
