I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in South Carolina, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, and a United States Air Force veteran. I understand that beginning therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly discuss difficult emotions, life experiences, relationships, and personal challenges without fear of criticism.

Her areas of focus include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, work-related stress, self-esteem, and difficulties with communication.
My approach is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. I consider each client’s strengths, culture, family background, life experiences, symptoms, goals, and readiness for change when developing a treatment plan.
