I am a licensed clinical social worker, holding a master’s degree in social work and certificate in violence against women & children from Rutgers University. I have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT) and use a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens.
I approach therapy as a collaborative and dynamic process, where sometimes learning what doesn't work is just as important as finding out what does. I have weekday evening availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
