I created One Spirit ~ Many Hearts is a psychotherapy group for women that harnesses the power of shared experience, life wisdom and mutual support. Together, we work through life’s challenges in a close, highly supportive, caring, respectful environment. One Spirit ~ Many Hearts is for women who are currently in, or who have had their own individual therapy, and are looking for a community of women to explore the blocks that keep them from leading their best lives.

C.A.R.E. Affair Recovery Group for Women
C.A.R.E © is a unique, highly regarded, research based program for women who have experienced infidelity. Each group "module" meets twice monthly, for 90 minutes for 8 sessions. The group has between 8 to 10 women and is led by a female therapist. Participants can end after each self-contained module, or continue into a new one. C.A.R.E.'s unique format creates a safe, compassionate and collaborative environment of women, which helps participants combat isolation, explore and manage painful feelings and develop coping skills necessary to move through the healing process. Space is limited.
