I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for those who may be dealing with the challenges of trauma life transitions and social pressures. This can often take the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and changes in personality. I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.
I believe that therapy is most effective when the individual is involved in their own treatment. My approach is client-driven and pulls techniques from theories such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Behavioral therapies.
My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.
