It gets hard feeling like no one really understands you or can relate to the things that you are dealing with. Everyday you put on a strong face and hope that someone really cares how you are doing. You may have even been told that you shouldn't act a certain way because of how it will appear to others. You have avoided reaching out for help because people may think you are "crazy" but I want to tell you that you are not alone.
