I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, especially those with ADHD and Autism, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, Somatic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and ACT. We may use creative practices to build stress tolerance and emotional regulation, tailoring each session to your needs and what feels right for you.
