I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, Somatic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and ACT. We may use creative practices to build stress tolerance and emotional regulation, tailoring each session to your needs and what feels right for you.
