About
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in helping couples and individuals transition through difficult times in their lives. I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so my approach is compassionate and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey. Given a supportive environment, you can access a better awareness of where your struggles began and explore ways to overcome any obstacle.
Over the past 14 years, I have specialized in helping others to overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, family changes, relationship struggles, and parenting issues.
