I work to create a safe, trusting space where you can show up just as you are and explore your path toward healing. My approach to therapy is holistic and compassionate; supporting individuals (all ages), couples, and families, working toward a greater well-being.
I am especially drawn to working with those who feel overwhelmed or burdened by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, spiritual concerns, or relationship challenges. I use an integrative approach of DBT, ACT, CBT, and person-centered therapy; as well as play therapy for children. I welcome people of all ages and backgrounds.
