As a therapist, I work to understand how each person’s particular struggles and stuckness come about. Our struggles, as well as our stories, emotions, and values, have a lot to teach us. I believe that everyone knows something important about what they need to heal, and we can access the strongest, most creative parts of ourselves through authentic and safe relationships. I support individuals in addressing the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and psychosis. I often work with folks navigating intersections of attachment experience and queer, trans, or neurodivergent identities.
My work incorporates psychodynamic and trauma-informed practices, including AEDP, IFS, and mindfulness. I strive to keep my practice anti-oppressive and neuroaffirming, and to honor the potential for transformation that comes from attending to wounds caused by trauma and oppression. I offer a flexible, patient, and collaborative approach.
I have worked extensively with young adults, and with people who are new to therapy. I enjoy working with queer and trans people, academics and students, and with folks exploring their relationship to spirituality. The best way to reach me is by email.
