Are you ready to go on a journey of self-discovery and unlock the thoughts that limit you? Come as you are! I provide a supportive, non-judgemental, direct, lighthearted, and often times witty, approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach involves deconstructing personal narratives, exploring the meanings of past events, observing patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and inspiring clients to integrate into the role of not only the author; but the editor of ones own life. The next chapter of life has yet to be written! Allow me to support you as you write your next chapter!
As a clinician, I tailor my therapeutic approach based on the needs of each specific client. I utilize an array of therpeutic modalities including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My ideal client is willing to acknowledge and unravel the past, with the intention of moving to the present. After all, the present is much more accommodating to long-term goals and aspirations! Email is the best method of contact for scheduling an appointment with me.
