My therapeutic approach involves deconstructing personal narratives, exploring the meanings of past events, observing patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and inspiring clients to integrate into the role of not only the author; but the editor of ones own life. As a clinician, I tailor my therapeutic approach based on the needs of each specific client. I utilize an array of therpeutic modalities including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
