As a mental health practitioner, my initial goal is to make you feel comfortable, validated, and understood. Once we start working together, I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in addition to other treatment modalities that are tailored to meet your specific needs.
My office is private and personal. In my therapeutic work, I integrate the many facets of my professional career which have included positions in the academic and educational sectors. Mars & Venus Together Forever: Building Strong Marriages. In this four week, group workshop you will: Identify strengths and growth areas in your relationship, Explore each other's personal traits, Strengthen communication skills, Resolve conflicts and reduce stress, Comfortably discuss financial issues while learning how to establish personal, couple and family goals.
