Choosing a Therapist is a "Big Deal" and I believe I can be the "Right" Therapist for you. I'm not here to judge or ridicule, but I am here to get to the root of issues that bring high levels of distress and anxiety. I have created an environment that is safe and engaging for counseling. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a psychotherapy treatment to assist trauma and process distressing memories and beliefs. I specialize in anger management, marital conflict, relationship issues, stress/anxiety, and self-esteem. My general counseling approach is Solution Focused Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.
