My ideal client is highly sensitive or neurodiverse, and looking for a safe place to be witnessed, honored, and accommodated for their unique sensitivities. They may have struggled with having meaningful relationships, or feel misunderstood. They may also be experiencing burn-out in many areas of their life that might be manifesting in symptoms of anxiety, depression or emotional overwhelm. I seek to collaborate by helping to identify unique neurodiverse characteristics, provide education and accommodation resources, and help clients build the skills that can improve their self-trust and align with their values.

As a nutritionist and a therapist who is rooted in a deep connection to nature, I practice from a holistic framework of curiosity, and non-judgement. I center values and parts work while incorporating somatic and relational therapies. My nutrition science background is anti-diet, and weight-neutral, and offers the option of gentle nutrition guidance as well.
