You may be high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. You’re tired of living in survival mode and want to feel more at home in your body, your relationships, and your life. I work especially well with clients who understand their trauma intellectually but still feel stuck emotionally or physically. Together, we explore healing through a mind–body lens, recognizing that the nervous system seeks safety before growth. Your symptoms once protected you—now it’s time to help your body learn that safety can exist in the present.
I help clients move from survival to steadiness using a trauma-informed, mind–body approach. I integrate CBT with somatic awareness, parts work, and nervous system regulation to support healing that feels sustainable, embodied, and compassionate—not forced or performative.
Many people don’t struggle because they’re “doing it wrong,” but because their nervous system learned to survive under impossible conditions. Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you feel safe enough to soften. When safety grows, change follows naturally.
