With an attachment and relational lens, my goal is to create a compassionate, empathetic, and supportive space to support you in learning more about yourself, what you want, and how to create change.
I am training in EFT, EFIT, and utilize a feminist, trauma informed perspective. So with couples and individuals we will co-create a healing space to discover and experience our deeply rooted emotions. With more clarity and understanding of our survival and coping strategies we can begin to restructure behaviors that no longer serve us.
I am open to creatively address these issues on an individual level as well as on the larger scale. I am here to support you in finding your true self and voice and being able to connect and embody them. Through empathy, validation, and nonjudgement I believe everyone can heal and live a fulfilling life as their true and honest self.
