As someone who’s recovered from PTSD myself, I know healing is possible. I’ve found that shifting how we relate to triggers can make a big difference. Instead of avoiding them, I see triggers as messengers. An invitation to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Our symptoms are a form of communication; they’re intelligent and show up for a reason. When we listen with curiosity, they can guide us toward the root of our suffering.
I specialize in somatic work, trauma, and chronic pain, helping clients process overwhelming emotions stored in the body while deepening their capacity for self-love. My approaches include EMDR, brainspotting, psychedelic work, parts work, and nature therapy. I’m also a trained cacao facilitator and can offer ceremonial cacao if it feels aligned for you.
I meet each client with compassion and deep respect for their unique gifts and history. My goal is to support your healing in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I’ll walk with you at your pace and never push you to let go of coping strategies before you're ready.
