If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by your thoughts or past experiences, you're not alone—and you don't have to navigate it all by yourself. I work with clients ages 10 and up, offering a warm, client-centered approach that meets you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. Therapy is challenging and uncomfortable, that is what it takes to make change! I will be there to help every step of the way.
Appointments are available Monday-Saturday, in order to fit your busy schedule.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
For clients who find it difficult to put feelings into words, I often incorporate art into our sessions as a powerful tool for expression and connection. Together, we’ll explore your story, build insight, and develop practical skills to help you move through pain and into healing.
