I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health, offering compassionate, holistic, trauma-informed care for new and expecting parents. My services include treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum OCD, postpartum psychosis prevention & education, grief support after miscarriage or infertility, and overall adjustments to motherhood.
I also offer couples therapy to help partners prepare or reconnect during this life transition to parenthood. Issues often get magnified, making it a ripe time to disrupt and change patterns and cycles. This weekly group offers a soft place to land to share experiences, feel understood, and reduce the isolation that often accompanies early parenthood. Guided by a perinatal mental health therapist, sessions include open discussion, grounding practices, and guidance to help mothers explore emotions, identity shifts, and daily overwhelm.
