I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating issues such as life transitions, addictions, codependency, identity issues, neurodivergence, burnout, complex trauma, and personality disorders.

My approach is to be warm, compassionate, authentic, relatable, and direct. We will work collaboratively to understand the roots of your struggle and restore your sense of empowerment. I believe therapy is about more than just talking, why is why I incorporate somatic techniques such as brainspotting to promote mind/body wholeness.
