I primarily practice trauma-informed therapy and DBT and I am dedicated to providing culturally and gender-affirming, and neurodiversity-friendly care. I am well-versed in treating symptoms related to mood disorders, anxiety and OCD, and trauma-related disorders. I also have a background in providing support to folks navigating ASD and ADHD.
