As a mother through birth and adoption, I know how difficult it can be when your child is
struggling. I also know how difficult it is when you are the one struggling. I specialize in
play therapy and Thera-Build with Lego for children, support for parents, and enjoy
working with children and adults.
My goal is to meet you where you are while supporting you, or your child, in becoming
the person you want to be. We will move at your pace and bring light to your dark and
