I build on client strengths, use thought-provoking questions to directly challenge negative or destructive thoughts, and focus on helping people find the clarity, meaning, or insight they need to move forward in life.
I work with individuals, adults, college-aged students, children, and adolescents. I help with relationships, transitions, school-related issues, trauma, and children and adolescents with challenging behaviors.
