Young Women's Empowerment
This open group provides affordable and specialized support to young women around commonly shared struggles such as body image, assertiveness, social anxiety, relationships, sexuality, identity, connection, and more. The group will enhance participants' sense of empowerment and self-direction, while building bonds with others in a safe, open environment. An intake appointment with one of the co-leaders is required for admittance to the group to ensure that the group will meet your needs.
