Anxiety, trauma from childhood or present day, stressors of family responsibilities, work issues, burnout, grief from loss of people and situations, and life transitions; young adult to mid life, whether sudden or planned can impact our daily life and make us feel lost or confused, angry, isolated, or engaging in unhealthy behaviors. As a licensed counselor I work with females who want help to feel more in control, more empowered, more successful and find enjoyment in their daily lives. I am committed to work with you to heal from your past and find enjoyment in your present and plan your future.
I use evidence based models to work with my clients based on your concerns and needs while following a holistic model of mental health and physical wellness. Taking time to understand your needs and strengths, building a therapeutic relationship, then working towards the goals you set, is how I help you make the changes you are wanting.
