Life is a journey and healing is non-linear so I seek to provide a nonjudgmental, safe space for us to explore where healing and recovery can take place in your life. I can help by providing psychoeducation to reduce shame, empathy to increase acceptance and vulnerability, as well as a number of evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Inquiry, and Resilience Building to work through trauma and its impacts as well as everyday life.
