Together we can learn to navigate your feelings, build healthier habits, or change your mindset whether your life has thrown you a curve or you are simply wanting to become the best version of your self.
I truly practice and believe therapy is not a one size fits all. I have a passion for working with anyone who is ready to grow. I specifically specialize in working with adults and couples with a wide range of needs including substance use, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, depression and anxiety.
