I like to work collaboratively with my client to help identify goals and deepen understanding of self. I am experienced working with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety and depression. I specialize in therapy for clients navigating medical weight loss and bariatric surgery journeys, offering experienced support every step of the way.
I am knowledgeable of many challenges presented to couples, families, and children through working in residential treatment facilities, community based counseling, and outpatient counseling. Through a variety of settings, I have had the opportunity to see many aspects of the challenges someone seeking mental health treatment may face.
