I enjoy working with adults (18-99) taking a trauma focused lens to explore past and present issues. I work well with a variety of presenting symptoms to get to the root causes. I also enjoy working with professionals, including other therapists to help them reach their individual goals.
I use a variety of approaches to help you reach your individual goals. I am a multi-modality therapist who makes full use of all the tools, education, and experience to help bring understanding and healing to your journey.
