A graduate from Missouri State University, I enjoy working with adults, couples, and those carrying the burden of childhood wounds. I have focused my work in Somatic-Based interventions, using the body's wisdom as a key ingredient to the healing process, along with EMDR. This approach aids in my interest to work with disordered eating issues as well. As a therapist, it is my goal to consider all parts of your lived experiences and embrace them with acceptance and compassion as we navigate through the process of restoring a new sense of self.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I love to work closely with those suffering with disordered eating, trauma retention, or body-based issues. I offer Focusing techniques and other somatic practices as part of our session experiences as well as EMDR.
I believe all humans deserve a space to feel fully seen, understood, and noticed. This belief remains the heart of my therapeutic approach. In our alliance, there is always room for curiosity and acceptance, even for the parts of ourselves we may have abandoned long ago.
