I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, grief, and communication challenges. I began my journey in a therapeutic day school, where I discovered a passion for providing community mental health services. Over the past 5 years, I’ve served as a residential therapist, community outreach worker, and outpatient behavioral health provider in clinical settings.
I earned my Master’s in Community Mental Health from Concordia University. I use mindfulness and motivational interviewing to support adults aged 18+. I draw from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused brief therapy techniques. I’m also highly knowledgeable in family systems therapy.
