As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I wholeheartedly comprehend the struggles of not having access to the necessary support, and that's why I am dedicated to connecting and assisting clients with issues related to gender identity, diverse sexual orientations, and non-traditional relationships. In addition, for the past 13 years, I've held a deep passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and families with special needs, and I remain steadfast in bringing this dedication into my counseling practice as well.
I truly believe that creating a support system is a joint effort that can begin within the therapeutic relationship and expand outward. My objective as a clinical mental health intern is to empower and provide support to my clients by working together to acknowledge their strengths and resilience. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming,
but I believe that the rewards of the journey are immeasurable. With my genuine and grounding approach, my aim is to help my clients feel at ease with their vulnerability and true selves. Through a collaborative approach, I strive to ensure that my clients feel supported in navigating life's highs and lows, never having to face challenges alone.
